Tina founded a hospitality PR firm in Philadelphia in 1985 and it is still in business today. She’s now retired and her daughter, Jen Mansfield has taken over the firm. Her son, Peter Breslow also runs a hospitality PR firm.
Tina’s career took her from Temple University to the Hershey Philadelphia Hotel, the Sheraton Society Hill, dozens of chefs, restaurants and hotels. A former Advisory Board member of the James Beard Foundation, she’s represented superstar chefs like Marc Vetri and Susanna Foo, and start ups like the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa and institutions like Linvilla Orchards.
