With nearly 20 years of professional culinary and lifestyle media experience, Kendra has found her way into kitchens and farms around the world seeking untold stories of people, places, ingredients, and dishes. Using her background in documentary filmmaking and journalism, Kendra combines her love of producing with her love of travel to help others discover hidden flavors abroad through a more rustic and real approach to culinary eco-tourism. Currently, Kendra is the Associate Editor for LDEI and is working on a cookbook about the Baja Peninsula. When not cooking for friends and family, she can be found working in her herb garden or surfing on the Jersey shore.
