Chef Angie Brown is a Graduate of the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College. Philadelphia Native Trained in french technique, Private Chef and Owner of Soul Catering LLC. Food/ lifestyle Consulting and Special Events. Angie's love for food started in her Grandmother Elenora's kitchen. She is known for combining her love of French Creole, Cajun, Spanish, and Soul food. Chef Angie Brown was the first African American woman to appear on a National Culinary Cooking Competition ' The Chopping Block' on NBC with three Star Michelin Chef Marco Pierre White. She has owned and operated 3 Zagat Rated Restaurants in Philadelphia, Pa. She has had the pleasure of being mentored by some of the best Chefs and Culinary Historians in this industry.(Jessica B.Harris) She continues to travel in and out of the country cooking for ambassadors and celebrities alike.
