A Certified Bourbon Steward and Iatan Certified Travel Professional, Carol formerly served as an Ambassador to the World Food Travel Association for the Greater Philadelphia area. Specializing in food and beverage tourism, Carol inspired adult travelers to not only explore the United States, but to find something new to love right in their own “backyard”, encouraging local tourism. As a Certified Bourbon Steward, Carol continues to learn, taste, educate and interview in the world of craft beverages to bring fun, creative and interactive tasting and food pairing experiences for all of life’s events. As a culinary term, pairing matches complementary or contrasting flavors. The same concept applies to craft spirits immersing you in a palette pleasing experience creating a symphony of tastes sure to please.
After 21 years in the travel industry Carol "retired" All Places Traveled, LLC and is no longer booking travel. However, Carol is focused on promoting local businesses, collaborating with local Tourism Boards, Bed/Breakfast/Inns, hotels, and food/beverage businesses through her "A Seat At The Table” interview series and "Food Tour in A Basket" food experiences to inspire visitors to explore what we have to offer close to home.
