Jen has recently taken over as Publisher of Edible Philly Magazine, where she has managed social media, events and business development for the past 10 years. A culinary school grad with an MBA, Jen has over 20 years experience in food & beverage with brands like Chipotle, Starbucks, Whole Foods Market, Food & Wine, and Di Bruno Bros., plus consulting for Isgro Pastries, Culinary Collective, Vine Street Imports, Fox & Son and Bellemille Olive Oil among others. Born into a family of Croatian immigrants in New York City, she now resides with her family in South Philadelphia and is a member of Les Dames d'Escoffier and Sisterly Love Collective. She also owns and operates a retail specialty food shop called Salt & Vinegar in Philadelphia’s historic Italian Market that offers a curated selection of local, women, immigrant and minority-owned brands.
