Candy Rathsmill is the former owner and Executive Pastry Chef of Sugar & Spice Pastry Shop and Café in Jenkintown. She was also an event planner for the U.S, headquarters of Gamesa Windpower in Trevose, PA.

Candy currently caters small local parties. She prefers using local and home grown, pesticide-free ingredients, wasting as little as possible. She is learning about composting and how to utilize as much as possible from ingredients that go into the dishes she prepares. Middle Eastern cooking is her main focus.
