Taste of the Delaware River Valley: Farm tours & tastings

Taste of the Delaware River Valley: Farm Tours & Tastings

Soak in the bucolic scenery and dive deep into the Delaware River Valley’s agriculturally rich history of Bucks and Hunterdon County. During the first part of this special day, participants will enjoy private tours and exclusive tastings at two of the area's most cherished farms: Manoff Market & Gardens in Solebury, PA and Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse in Milford, NJ.

Manoff Market & Gardens is a family owned and operated orchard that boasts seasonal heirloom fruit such as peaches, apples, and berries. For decades, Manoff’s has been an integral part of our community fabric and key source of local fruit for both restaurants and homes. Join Chelsea Manoff, second generation farmer, as she weaves us through the gardens and then into their tasting room where we will sample freshly pressed cider, hard cider, and other homemade treats.

Next, we will travel north along the river to join Nina and Jonathon White at their fully regenerative and 100% sustainable dairy farm and bakehouse, Bobolink. Here, Nina will take us to meet their beautiful herd, through their impressive cheesemaking process, and then into the bakehouse where we will taste their internationally award winning cheeses, heirloom breads, and homemade charcuterie. Get ready to fall in love with their scientific and artistic approach!

Portions of the Farm Tour & Tasting ticket sales will benefit both Les Dames Philly and the Healthy Choices program at Circle Haven, Inc., a non-profit (501c3) organization dedicated to providing innovative services for adults with disabilities.

Please be advised that tickets for the day are sold separately and those interested in attending both or just one must purchase tickets accordingly. First, Farm Tours & Tastings will feature two farm tours with tastings and is open to 20 guests. Second, River House at Odettes: A Taste of the Delaware River Valley, is a collaborative dinner (with drink pairing option) and is open to 50 guests.
