Commemorate Juneteenth with a four-course West African Meal by chef nana wilmot
Celebrate the culture and cuisine of James Beard award-winning and Michelin Star Chef Nana Wilmot as she serves a four course West African dinner to celebrate Juneteenth. Throughout this feast, Chef Nana will discuss her experience as an international chef and her journey to create fine dining that pays homage to her heritage.
Each course is specially paired with wine.

Starter: Akwaaba Mocktail, Sobolo - hibiscus ginger drink
Appetizer: Akara, Bean fritter with green onions/ fried porgy fish/ herb salad/ fresh moko with Atlantique, Sauvignon Blanc
First Course: Dry rub suya grilled chicken, sweet onions and green pepper aioli, Ghana bunz bread with Hy Def Riesling, Mosel, GER
Second Course: Jollof gumbo, White rice, jollof spiced stew, seasonal vegetables, dried shrimp and beef with Gran Familia Rioja
Dessert: Bofrot beignets, Ghanaian doughnuts with Rive Della Prosecco
